I'm a product designer at Five9 on the Administration and AI team designing for self-service experiences and AI guidance configurations to help run call centers. I also contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across all components.

My Design Philosophy

My goal as a designer is to delight user's experience through effective design and using human-centered thinking to solve complex user problems. I enjoy staying up to date with the latest design trends, brushing up my knowledge through reading, and hosting design sessions with my coworkers to obsess and learn about the latest Figma updates.

Good design can be understood by everyone

I strive for simplicity and accessibility. It's important to convey a clear experience for any user to follow.

Actively learning

I often brush up on design or creative thinking techniques and apply it to my process. This helps broaden my knowledge as design is always evolving.

Advocate for the user

I represent users in product design by understanding and empathizing with their frustrations.

I enjoy reading self-help and design-related books during my free time to help expand my horizons.

Supporting local coffee shops

During weekends I enjoy visiting local mom and pop coffee shops to support their business.
